Any one had success with this 1 stepper?

No I haven't, never heard of it.
HD Speed is one I use often.
 
Scholl is famous in Europe, not in US. I read terrific things about their compounds and pricy pads. Maybe you should try some UK site forum.
The few Scholl's products I tried, are very good, consistent products. I would guess it is similar to Menzerna 3in1.
