I have a black harley and you cant look at the paint without it swirling. I use quality microfiber towels and quality products. The paint looks awsome but when the sun shines on it just right you can see some light swirls marks. I polished and there is still some left. I dont want to use anything anymore aggresive until the swirls get real bad. I was wondering if there are any quick detailers or a good swirl filler that would last or all of them come off when i wash it?

Thanks

you can use a spray wax and one that fills and is easy to use is megs ultimate quik wax...

Optimum GPS by hand or CG Blacklight by hand. Unfortunately, the swirls will come back after a few washes.

A spray Glaze will do the trick but don't expect it to last more than a car wash.

Something like Chemical Guys Glossworkz Glaze might last about a month or two.

thanks for the replys whats a example of a spray glaze?

Does anyone know if Meguiar's D156 has the ability to hide swirls like Meguiar's Ultimate Spray Wax?

Sent from my Nexus 5 using AG Online

•Fugettabout all those short-duration, non-swirl-filling,
providers-of-temporary-shine QDs...

•CQuartz UK Edition (CQUK)...
and its maintenance detail spray: Reload...
are your tickets to swirl-filler paradise!

Some of CQUK Features:
-Resistance to Wash Induced Marring
-Minor swirl filling abilities
-Repels water, oils, dirt, and contaminants
-*Can also be layered: Allowing for even more swirl filling

Amongst the enthusiast circle, HD Express seems to have the most filling ability of any QD that I have seen.

I'm sure the dealership automagic/P&S/carbrite line of products will probably have something that out fills it though.

I've used D156 and its pretty good. Buffs off so easy.

While I am not 100% sure of its ability to fill/hide swirls, it does always leave the finish slick and glossy. You can't go wrong with it.

Not a spray but the Chemical Guys EZ Cream Glaze hides some of the defects on my black single stage paint, it's acrylic based so it last a little longer than most, you can use it as often as you need.

Meguiar's Black Wax could help you to maintain your bike, for light swirls it works really well, not aggressive, not only will it remove some of the swirls but you also get protection.
Haven't tried it but some say the Meguiar's White Wax works even better.

I know what you mean by waiting until it gets worst but you don't have to live with them if you use the right products:dblthumb2:
