Any suggestions would be helpful

Rail dust....iron decon/clay/polish and then seal
 
If its iron a liquid fallout will work on it-- if that doesnt work on it-- its not iron based
 
I've had contaminates that wouldn't come off with clay - even Megs red aggressive stuff. But it did come off right away with a red nanoskin clay block.

But the contaminates were little black dots on a brand new Toyota Supra - yellow. Unfortunately, those pads really mar the finish, and I had to use Menzerna PF2500 to get them out.
 
They are either iron deposits....or.....staining from tire dressing slinging up on to the paint. I believe it's the petroleum distillates in the tire dressing that cause this.
