Any tips with Collinite 476?

I just received my AG package with 476.
This can will be for a relative.
Any tips to suggest when applying?

After all of the tips, made available in this thread: I'm sure you applied it thin...
But...Is the relative still beading/sheeting water after this many months?

Note:
My above question is based on the assumption that the relative has underwent several:
"washings & dryings"...during the interim time period: 10.02.2013---01.07.2014.

I use the red buff and shine foam applicators. When using 915 and 476 I gently press it against the wax in the can and give it a little twist. That's enough to do an entire door panel for me when the applicator is primed with a mist of quick detailer.
