Anybody used this green bristled tire brush?

I have the short one and I use it all the time. It works well on the rims. I too would like the Boar's hair brushes but they are way pricey.

Cool thanks! The price of that piece is attractive and I'll be buying one soon. I'm also gonna try NTS7 wheel cleaner. It's on sale, plus there's 15% off on AG, AND it comes with a gift that costs 14.99 that's randomly picked.

I have used those brushes for years and for wheels that are not cleaned very often they work well. I feel they are too hard for regular wheel cleaning though. As the flogged tips start to degrade the brush gets increasingly more aggressive. Once one bristle goes bad it can start to cause problems. If I wouldn't use it on the paint I wouldn't use it on a wheel. Now for tires, wells, poorly maintained wheels they work well and make short work.

The boars hair wheel brush is well worth the money. Mine (from AG) has cleaned over 600 sets of wheels. I use it mainly with ONR but it's seen plenty of APC and even Acid wheel cleaner a few times. Until recently when I bought a full size boars hair wash brush (also from AG) I used it routinely to clean areas on the paint that my mitt would miss like between panels. The wheel brush is still working as good today as it did on the first car I used it on. If I needed to use it on the paint today I'd do so without hesitation. I understand the price can be hard to swallow but with the 15% and the sale price they are a great deal. I like mine so much that I view it as a must have item.
