Anyone have advice one detailing space?

Hi all,

looking for detailing space, always a pain in the uk with crappy weather.

also at the moment just using the drive, would prefer to be inside.

dows anyone know if any suitable/ good solutions? All I need is power, can wash the car at home.

have seen these guys but I wonder if my loud machine polisher would annoy people
