Anyone having issue with AG orders lately?

I remember back in the good ol days, I used to get my orders within 4 days tops. Now it seems each order takes nearly 2 weeks to get (hell, sometimes it takes 5 days just before it even ships out, when everything is in stock)

I have been waiting on a "back ordered" item since the 9th of this month. Cant get any return emails back or anything.

Anyone else having these issues?
 
I dunno...seems to be better for me lately. Used to be "order Saturday, receive 8 days later". Now it's generally quicker. Have noticed order status never really changes on website.
 
My first order took 5 days (Hawaii). The last order took nearly a month. Bryan explained it took longer with smart post. Autogeek will go back to usps.
 
Never had a problem, ships the next day via FedEx. After it ships FedEx would be responsible for any issues.
 
Looks like its a case by case basis then. I know my DI orders arrive consistently in 4-5 days tops. I have no problem waiting on shipping, but I do have a problem with not getting a return email back on a back ordered product that says "usually ships within 24-48 hours on the website" which would lead me to believe they have stock in it currently...
 
I believe it was Bryan that called me today from AG and left a message. I work third shift so am pretty difficult to get a hold of. If anyone knows his direct email that would work much better. Or, even his name here on the forum?
 
Didn't really pay much attention this time to how fast stuff came, however I did get shipped a wrong item. That's a first. I'm sure it'll get squared away easy peasy.
