anyone in the San Diego area have a paint guage?

With the sudden rapid appearance of clearcoat failure on my car, and being that its only 7 years old.

A member here thinks maybe its a repaint. I almost find it hard to believe as the spots that are failing look like they are factory. But I guess it would be good to check and not just assume.

I am in the Spring Valley area.

i just thought of something. Are you close to meguiars? if so call them up and ask if they have one they can let you use real quick.....might be worth a shot.

Kinda sorta, looks like they are up in irvine. Which is about 1-2 hours drive.

well, find out when they are having a tech class and then go, will be way more worth it if you have an additional benefit to driving that far.
