Anyone know how to get a hold of Justin?

I purchased a Karcher adpater hose from him 2 weeks ago and he has not responded to my phone calls nor emails........:confused::confused::confused:
 
I would like to get hold of him to. Haven`t got any answar on mails or pm. Hope every things is okey with him!
 
doesnt sound like him at all....somethings wrong is my guess

Justin not shipping stuff out (for whatever reason) is nothing new. You should see this email I got recently from someone who purchased one of his foam cannon's.

Iduno whats up but he's not shady IMO. Got my foam canon in less than a week from him.
 
Not Yet, hes posted a couple of times today but still has not responded to any PMs, emails, or phone calls. I then see that he has a neg on Ebay for not delivering a product and his paypal account is frozen....

Not a good sign for me.......

Seriously? Not a good sign for me either :( Paid him over 200$ for in june, and haven`t seen my foam cannon yet. And he said it was sent 4 of august. :mad:
 
I sent him a PM on the 15th just checking on him as I haven't seen him on here in ages and he responded that night via PM. He said his business, health, and family have taken him from the forum but he'll be back. Not sure what's going on but hang in there, it sounds like got some personal problems going on that isn't allowing him to do what he needs to. Give it time, I'm sure he'll work it out.

Surfer, on the other hand, hasn't been on here, nor has he responded to PM's. Now that's weird to me since he's been a daily poster here for a long time now. Anyone know what's up with him?
 
He has time to check the forum and post on other forums, so why can`t he answar pm or mail?

Speaking of foam cannon, i was at KMart and saw one the other day for $25 bucks, it was a "Suds Preassure cleaner attachment". Looked like a foam cannon. It was in the car cleaning section too.
 
A couple have PM'd me asking me to step in or track Justin as possible. I am sorry but this is why we cannot support other vendors nor their products. While I am sure Justin will hold up to his end of the offer, we cannot get any further involved than suggesting everyone use email, telephone, and PM"s as possible to discuss and resolve any outstanding issues. Meghan will contact Justin and hopefully we can end this post, and offers for foam cannon peacefully.

I really dont think its AG's problem/fault that we are not getting our stuff. I personally have not asked for any help from the moderators to solve this problem. (But THANK YOU MEGHAN for volunteering!!!)

Anyone who buys anything from someone online, mailorder, or whatnot should know there are risks involved. I dont think Justin was intentionally trying to rip any body off as his reputation at AG is top notch. Maybe he just got in over his head with the demand of the cannon, I just wanted to know if any other AG members had some info that I didnt.
