I used some PB ssr 2, and 1 today - normally I have used Xmt 3, 2, and 1. Whether I do or don't have a heavy hand, the pb's goes faster. Breaks down faster and seems to polish faster.
What is the give on this?
No, it was not on the vette.
Tried both on other cars (vans) with that resuot.
Anyone?
Thank you!Feed back please Yes same pads, too.

I did notice that XMT takes what I would consider a while to break down, even the XMT3 took longer than the OC i was using. Its good bc you can work the polish longer and maybe get more correction out of it but it can make a detail take a while. On the bright side, I wouldnt give up my XMT for anything.

Hey Lauren, you got poorboys? um...may I have a sample please....please...share please.

When using XMT is it only necesary to use just one or the other. or do u need to go through the process of doing the XMT 1 then going over the same area with XMT 3. cause in the instruction video thats how they do it.

i do what Scott - Kllr- taught us - jewel the paint. use #2 or 3, then one with a less abrasive pad. Turns out nicely!!

Consider the SSR line was designed several years before XMT, it is possible. Optimum was also designed to break down slower and allow more working of the polish. I will also say, XMT removes alot of dust versus the SSR line which is much better than the original Megs DACP (we use to consider that the bomb polish product several years back)

I think you are going in the wrong order. 2 or 3 should be used first, then 1. 2/3 are "rougher".
