Anyone run into xzilon coated cars?

Thanks for all of your help. Wasn't bitter with the responses just frustrated with having to deal with this issue. Anyway the car was riddled with road tar so insted of using chemicals or clay I just got out the dupray and steamed what I could see on the paint. Then used PB EXP and was done with it.

Turned out really nice.

I agree that dealer coatings are BS. It would be much cleaner if they just sold it as a warranty and made the implications clear to the owner, but obviously that doesn't work with the concept of not paying out on the warranty, lol.
 
Actually there was a nice etched in bird bomb on the trunk. I told the owner to ask the dealer if that suppose to happen.

not supposed to happen. scratches, water marks, etching all not supposed to happen.
interior is protected against stains, rips (except at seems)


i've seen people get their front bumpers repainted through the dealer coating warranty.
