Anyone use LegalZoom for their business needs, etc..?

I just got a good job in the shipping department with them and was wondering about others experiences with them?
 
I used them to establish my first LLC. It was nice not having to do all the legal stuff and for the price it couldn't be beat. Overall I've had a good experience with them.
 
I have filed 2 provisional patent applications with them and I have 2 more to file in the comming weeks. (Yes, I have designed some unique things for the detailing industry that I will be marketing myself). I will also be using them for trademark and copyright filing.

They make it very easy to get things done and they are very reliable.
