APC for Interior Door Grease?

Would Meg's APC work for these greasy areas? What ratio would be suitable without hurting the paint?

(Although, I'm not sure why these doors have these holes to begin with...?)

Personally I'd tackle that with some 3:1 Megs APC and a toothbrush, then wipe dry and follow up with a little QD.

I suspect those holes are for drainage.

D101 wont touch that. You will need a degreaser such as D108 in order to remove that.

That is a hot wax that pretty much all manufacturers spray inside doors, cracks, crevices to prevent water/moisture from setting in and starting to rust. Those holes are for drainage.
 
As the others have said, those are drainage holes to prevent rust form forming inside the panels.. D101@10:1 might work, if it doesn't try 4:1. I'm always surprised at how well D101 does at countless jobs, I think it'll work on that.

I'll break from the pack and suggest mineral spirits for that. I don't know about "hot wax" (never heard it described that way but I'll defer to Mike@Dedicated because he would know better than I), but there's certainly various gunky masticy products inside doors for corrosion protection. Just to clarify what the drains are for...any water that gets between your window glass and the seal winds up inside the door...and it's gotta go somewhere.

As a public service announcement, depending on your conditions, these drains can get clogged up with pollen/leaves/seeds/etc. best to check them periodically because a clogged drain can rust your door out pretty fast, again, depending on your conditions.

May I ask how would one go about checking them periodically? Mine don't seem clogged, but if they are, is there a way to flush them clean?

You just look at them, I've seen maple spinners sticking out, etc. As Eldo says, vacuum them, brush, etc. It becomes more of a problem when the car gets older and the seals get hard and/or worn.
 
Take a little hair spray it should come right off.
 
As there are times in the collision industry that we have to spray that stuff into those areas and make sure it does not interfere with our paint work, we find that using a general spray lubricant like WD40 or AeroKroil removes it (and windshield/glass adhesive/urethane) with little effort, then follow up with a wax and grease remover. We do this on fresh paint with no issues!

In the end, I decided to try D101@4:1, because it was what I had on hand. I had to scrub really hard with a towel, as the toothbrush didn't do much, but I'm satisfied with the results:
