Using a white CCS pad, what speed is good?

Also.....
After I finish the whole car, about long do I have to wait before I can apply some Opti-Seal?

Speed 5, I wipe off after each panel because the stuff is so easy to use and wiping off is a piece of cake. You can OS right away as well.
