Do anybody know how to get an app created where people can download and use to set up there appt and pay for there services?

A person I do business with uses Genbook. Seems to work really well. I can choose and book specific services; it takes my credit card info to hold my time slot, and then after my appointment he uses a mobile merchant card reader to take my payment right on his iphone.
