AR383 w/ Foam Cannon - Newbie :)

I appreciate the suggestion, but i could not find the adapter on their website. End of the business day, and still no word from AR. Going to speak with Amazon tomorrow and get a refund.

Unless someone else has another site? I've googled the adapter and only AR carries it. Amazon doesnt list in stock.

Yea the only place I know that has them is ar and it does appear that they are out of stock. Whatever you decide gl. But I will say its a great unit a good prettiness with just the washer will handle almost everything the cannon can do. I can't lie and say I don't love the cannon though.

Not trying to shield AR but I would wait for them to fill the backorder. Every different electric unit I looked at had proprietary connections. I went with AR due to positive responses I read online. I got mine as a Christmas present and have used it regularly since then.

I had a cannon so just needed the adapter.

Have the 383 and cannon connector. Everything has worked super. My only bit of advice is watch the connector on the front for the water (hose) inlet. I left the quick connect on it and nearly broke it off twice. Not an AR problem, my stupidity, but be careful. Also, I don't roll my hose and cord up in the machine. Just loop them like an extension cord and hang over handle. Cuts setup time in 1/2 and makes the spray hose easier to manuver

Yeah, the plastic piece is a concern for me as well that I ordered a replacement when I got their foam cannon, just in case. So far all is ok.

Currently AR is out of stock for the adapters on their website! And i just got my pw last week.

I too ordered the AR 383 from Amazon. Got it this weekend and failed to notice that it uses its own propierty connections. I was pretty pissed off and wanted to return it. But I need to pay return shipping which is like +$25. I paid like $154 for it. I also have the MTM foamer lancer from CG. Bought it with their soaps kit.

Anyways, Im debating on keeping it now since I could probably use AR Blue Cleans foam cannon adapter with the CG cannon.

Or just return the CG MTM foamer and just buy AR blue cleans foam cannon.

However, its listed as out of stock on their website. I've called and emailed them. No response since Friday. Anyone have suggestions on where i can buy one of those two pieces?

As a mechanic, this is beyond frustrating and I wish connections were all universal -__________-

Did you guys get your AR parts?

Hey guys I just got this unit today from amazon. Hooked it up and put in some honeydew..... it sprayed less suds than my foam gun connected to the hose..... what am I doing wrong?

You haven't ordered the actual foam cannon from ar you are using the crappy thing that comes with the ar383. I've never even touched that thing.

Hahaha omg first look at that noob moment... just ordered the better cannon..... yeah I tried the one that came with it and I also had my hose adapter on backwards....

Gotta remember not be in such a rush.
