Are there any alternatives for going to a carwash?

Automatic car wash tunnel, Touchless!

In the northern winter it won't get the windshield area outside of wiper blades 100% clean, so I know its not cleaning the paint 100%, but its better than nothing when you can't wash yourself by hand. Pay the extra $1 for blow dry option.

I always use the squeege at the gas station to clean my windows before going into the touch-free since its the only way for the windows to get clean. Its true that a touch-free doesn't get the car as clean as a traditional wash but it gets everything off of the top layer for sure.

That's a good idea. I picked up a Pilot Water Blade to dry my windows after touchless automatic wash with some UWW, touch up dry with MF. Helps drying them after hand wash too without my waffle weaves absorbing "window water", or at least a bit less.

Don't use them on paint tho!

Got to one of those diy car washs and bring your own pump up sprayer full of your diluted car wash and soak the vehicle down then spray it off.
