Armorall on my Avalanche doesn't last

OP post a picture so we know what your trim looks like. I don't like how people are suggesting using a heat gun on plastic trim when you don't even know what it looks like..
There's plenty of good trim products out there and a few were mentioned in this thread.

Lay down a coat of Black Fire crystal seal, it works on paint but will also work on the plastic surface as well. Should leave it very natrual looking.

Keeping secrets about to keep trim looking good, why not just pass it alonng, LOL!

I concur, black fire Crystal seal is the ticket for interior and exterior well. I have tried the heat gun method and it works and does shine a little bit more than Black Fire Crystal Seal. But you really need to know what you're doing working with a heat gun and be careful as well..... I highly recommend BFCS in this scenario for an natural shine and longevity.

If you are looking for something over the counter you can get something like meguiar's ultimate black or ultimate protectant. They are both the same product but in different bottles (spray bottle vs squeeze bottle). Apply it to a clean surface and let it sit for a few min and then give it a final buff. You can follow that with a mist of meguiar's ultimate quik wax as it does not stain trim.

It's best to clean the surface with something like all purpose cleaner.
