It took 4 days to complete. Paint was extremely trashed, but that is the norm around here. :(

I wasn't going to take any pictures because I initially guessed this detail to be a 2 day job and wanted to be done asap, but 3.5 hours later - the time it took to do the hood I realized that it will take a lot longer and occasionally I stopped to document.

After looking at the photos I now understand why it took so long to do! I mean the first few photos look like it was buffed with a sanding disk!

A beautiful ending and a very satisfied customer..:props:

Don't you hate it when people wash their cars with a handful of sand? Great turnaround T! From drab to fab.

Superb turnaround! You don't post much here, but I recognize you from the bimmerfest forums. Nice work as always.

Great job and documentation! :)

What kind of hand held light were you using?

wow - incredible transformation

you really polish of the coal to this diamond

Thanks guys for the kind words!

That led light is from Costco. Wife picked it up, came in a set of 3 for like $20? Never saw the package, but it should be easy to find in the store.
