When I use just about anything on my black car there is always something on the paint the next day, heh. I've learned that this is the price to be paid for a high-maintenance color. OID is good stuff and it sounds like you only have that problem when you're wiping it down with residual water left on the paint after rinsing. Is the paint totally dry or is it left slightly damp when you are done?
The only times I remember having a similar issue is when it would haze up long after I applied it. I just stopped applying so much per panel and always made sure I used dry towels to buff it off.
