Auto Detailer: You Make The Call!

About:
The goal is to post a challenging question to the community that you already know the answer to, with a picture that best represents your question.
Then, for the community to "Make the Right Call" as to what the answer is.
This must be a question that is auto detail / vehicle detail related.

Thread Rules:
- Ask a question that you already know the answer to, yet the answer might be challenging, or even a trick question, for the viewer.
This is not a Q&A to find an answer to a question you have on a given auto detail subject.
Post a separate thread in the appropriate section for that.

- Post a Picture that best represents your question.
Must have a picture or don't post a question.

- Feel free to drop hints as patrons ask questions, but don't give the answer until someone answers correctly.

Question:
Is the dark color in the wheel well of this Dodge Sprinter Van paint or dirt?

You Make The Call!
On my monitor's screen:

The "dark color" looks like the results of
that area having been treated with either
Meguiar's M40 or Optimum's Opti-Bond.

(Of course: Others' Mileage May Vary.)

Just a reminder.

Please Read The Rules and Follow The Guidelines Set Forth In The OP!
It is Forum respect 101.

It would really be fantastic for those who have posted and not followed the guidelines set in the OP to edit their post with a relevant one that falls in line with the actual thread.

Thank you so much.

Answer:
The complete surface area here is saturated with dirt.
It is not paint, teflon coating, nor Plasti-Dip.
