It’s like the Wheel Brightner of scrub pads, strength wise.
Good analogy

@Chilly. Nice test. You’re pretty brave to scrub thst aggressively on a new vehicle.
I had enough confidence in my prior use that it wasn't much of a gamble in my mind
You’re a bold man, Chilly. Lol.
My steering wheel is not leather, but at least once a week it gets a wipe down with some ONR or even after i use the car in general.18 months later......I bit the bullet and used my Scrub Ninja on my Steering Wheel and Outer Bolsters for the 1st time.
I did not do a pre-clean of the steering wheel before but with the same interior cleaner on the scrub ninja, it did bring my steering wheel down to *matte* whereas with the same interior cleaner/microfiber/thorough rubbing...it would be a slight sheen to the steering wheel cover based on my familiarity with this process. **Stronger chems on MF does bring the steering wheel to matte** with less effort.
Mine steering wheel was not like the ELD's post but more in line with Post #24. How more mechanically abrasive it is over MF.....my only query is if I use it maybe 1 a month...Car get's washed weekly so it would be every 4th wash I suppose.
I suppose this is where the grey area is - chem strength or super-micro-abrasoion of the scrub ninja
I still need to revisit-reread this thread and search for others to see if it is safe for *fine finishes*...hey, the leather in all my cars I suppose I look at them as fine finishes.
I have heard of people picking their ass while pumping gas/petrol
Your reflection in the service station window?I have heard of people picking their ass while pumping gas/petrol
Me to, mine are disposable.A set of work gloves in the door pocket - is dedicated for this function.
They caught me on CCTV and gave me a warning.Your reflection in the service station window?
I avoid a lot of common touch points in public places, hand rails, buttons etc, and if I can't, I use elbows and knuckles.
At the service station next to where I used to work, the lady behind the counter used to tell at someone at least once or twice a day, usually because they were on their phone while filling up or filling a fuel can while it was still in the back of a ute. Would have been funny to hear her yell at someone for "digging in the dirt".They caught me on CCTV and gave me a warning.
