It was so exciting to see everyone who came to Detail Fest this year! This thread is the official place on the forum for Detail Fest 2017 Pictures, and will continue to be updated.

This is a lean, green machine!

The behind the scenes story for the Superbird
The 1970 Superbird was a show favorite. IT belongs to my good friend Luc and this car was also a featured car at our September 2016 Competition Ready Detailing Classes.


Here's how the car looked when Luc purchased it...

These pictures were taken with the Superbird parked right outside Autogeek's Show Car Garage with the sun directly overhead.

Here's the trunk lid...

NO!!!!!

Say it isn't so.... don't tell me they swirled out the wing with holograms?

Yep... at least they were thorough.... :dunno:

Here's how it looked after our Competition Ready Detailing Class did an Extreme Show Car Makeover to it...

You can see all the before, during and after pictures showing how this car was taken from a diamond in the rough to a glistening gemstone here.

Here's the story behind Jim's Patrol Car.


Hemmings Classic Car Magazine - Autogeek makes the cover!


Well Autogeek didn't actually make the cover but one of the cars from our Detailing Boot Camp Class and Thursday Night Projects made the cover.


Jim's 1971 New York Police Patrol Car

This car was another car we detailed at our Competition Ready Detailing Classes back in May of 2013, 4 years ago!

I think the only thing missing are some daily drivers to illustrate how every day, regular, non-super cars can benefit from treatment with your line of products. I think it's easy for most people to expect the cars highlighted here to have excellent detailing done to them. Obviously, they all needed it, but, not all of us have a Super Bird or Merc. Pretty much all of us have a daily beater that goes to the grocery store, work, etc. Seeing how we can make our regular transportation look a bit or a lot more nice I think might be more inspiring to more people.
