Autogeek Christmas List!

As my hobby is slowly turning into an actual job, my list reaches a bit as I eye items I'll eventually want on hand.



1) Grit Guard Universal Pad Washer: I find cleaning pads to be the most annoying of tasks after polishing/finishing.

2) Montana Original Tri-Angle Boar’s Hair Car Wash Brush: Would like to be able to clean off lower body panels (usually full of grime that can get stuck in wash mitts) and vehicles with high roof's with a little more ease.

3) Flex PE14-2-150 Rotary Polisher: At some point I'm going to need more than just the PC7424XP. I think this is the rotary I'd go after.

4) Detailer's Detail Bag: I already have one, and like it so much that I could honestly use another. We have a lot of products/tools to transport when you work on the go.

5) Last, but surely not least: Mike Phillips' Detailing Boot Camp - January 26-27, 2013: Everyone could use some extra time picking Mike's brain!

Here's my list

1. Chemical Guys Project J97 Paste Wax - I will even post that elusive review in great detail. Feed back please Everyone wants to know about it. Santa and I will make it happen.

2. Wolfgang MetallWerk Aluminum Polishing Kit - After nearly 5 years / 80,000 miles, I've got some 20" D'Vinici Vento wheels that really need something special to make them shine like new again. :hotrod2:

3. FLEX XC 3401 VRG HD Polisher & Changeable Backing Plate System, FLEX orbital polisher, FLEX backing plate system - My porter cable destroys my hands when I use it. :pc7424: Last time, I couldn't open a can of fuzion the next day. I've read a Flex will make a big difference.

4. The Metro MasterBlaster is Metro's most powerful blower/dryer at 8hp! Blow dry your motorcycle & your vehicle with this big blower. - After years of drying with cheap MF towels, I now get rid of most of the water with a leaf blower. :nomore: Time to dump that and do it the right way.

5. Menzerna Complete Ceramic 5.5 Inch Polishing Pad Kit - I've been wanting to check out the Menzerna line and this kit seems like a great collection to start with. :buffing:

It's kind of amazing that I've learned so much in so little time from these forums after being a customer for years.:dblthumb2:
