That's some top notch detailing skills there! Great job guys!

That really was a lot of fun today - word is there's a black Navigator that needs rescuing :)

I also just saw this post Ed. Maybe some nice steaks and a cold one can entice some of us to come down. LOL

For anyone interested in the motor in this truck. It is a 5.9 liter straight six, with 160 HP at the rear wheels stock. This motor has a ported & polished head, O ringed, and port matched. The fuel pump is called a Stupid pump and is used in truck pulling and drag racing. The injectors are DDP #4s, the timing is advanced to 22* from 12* stock. The exhaust manifold is an 3 pc performance one coupled to twin turbos HX40 fed by a HT3B and 5" turbo back exhaust. Air intake is thru a custom kevlar, carbon fiber filter box with 3 way open to stock fender location, cowl intake & from hood scoop. 3 stage menthol injection, & 3 stage nitrous injection. tons of chrome but most has gone south. I carry 15 gallons of water for injection. The transmission is a custom built ATS RE47. Rear gear is a 3.56 posi lok. I have the turbos limited to 72#. 576HP on #2 diesel and up to 700HP at the rear wheels with power adders. The under hood is lit with blue LEDs & buue strobes. The nitrous purge is lit with a red plum. The under body is lit with about 200 red LEDs.

And don't forget those horns! My God - they have to be the loudest horns I've ever heard. You can hear them in the next zip code. Don't cut Bruce off on the road.

You mess with the Ram, you get the horns!

Best.Forum.Ever. Awesome job helping out! This sort of stuff really restores my faith in humanity. :):)

Skuuuzzzee my Greek here but DAMN SON!

OK, so I'm hooked now! (Coming from an old CAT guy.) ;)
How do you get the starter to turn that puppy over at 22°? Figure she's loosened up a bit internally to keep the rods inside when pushing boost. You're running THREE stage methanol & nitrous? WOW!

Now I know it's been a while since I even looked at built 'puffers', but something tells me the motor alone cost 3 times what the body is worth, :dblthumb2: and throw in that bad boy ATS for another $5K and somebody is eating steak. :righton:

I bet you picked up a few trophies along the way too. Running what in the ¼, mid 11's on street tires? That's just too cool! :coolgleam:

The headlights were polished out with a 4" MF Surbuf pad that David let me try out on my PC. The product used was Megs 205. The lights were hazy and a bit yellow. The pad and product brought back total clarity. With only three to four section passes it worked well.

I really loved those Surbuf pads. Great quality. I will also be putting those on my next list of things to get.

Great work again guys.

The product used on the headlights was acutally M105. The surbuf pads are not microfiber its just small fibers not sure the exact make up of them. Excellent pads none the less

Sorry for wrong information. Thanks for the clarification David.

Great job guys. I wish we had meets like this in my area.
