Has autogeek ever thought about a store only credit card.Iknow alot of people shop here on line. Ifor one would have one if it was offered

I have thought they should add "Bill me Later" to the payment. 6 months no payments no interest. Although it may send some right over the edge.

There's a ton of risk and a lot of up-front capital involved in something like that. Not so sure it would be a worthwhile or smart business move for AG.

6 months later they could roll out a PBMA branded Debt Management Program.

Good idea in concept, but, not sure who I speak for but I would probably spend my credit limit in 5 seconds, haha.

Already got 2 credit cards, dont want another! But if it was for AG, Id do it.

Maybe not a credit card, but a rewards program would further increase consumer-loyalty. So many of us already buy stuff, even though we don't need it, just because of free shipping or AG Bucks. If I got a point per dollar spent and the points renewed for AG Bucks at given levels, I'd probably be tempted to spend even more. Even with certain restrictions (no points for BOGO or VIP, etc.), it may encourage more spending.

Of course, there are some members here who would rack up so many AG Bucks in each order that it would end up being a sinking ship. I'm sure some quick ROI research could be done to see if the plan would be viable.

Rewards program i like it.I dont detail for a living but if you saw my supplies you would think i did lol

There is a reward system for all that no other vendor really offers ... its called the BOGO area. (smiles)

they are already marking up the stuff 300% if they do that the price will go higher

I think that everything is fine with how AG does business and processes payments. Although an AG credit card would be a novel idea, it is really a PITA for such a large company to provide in house credit, or have a bank create one. The two major downfalls are as follows:

In house credit: If the customer you approve doesn't pay... You're screwed. Period.

External bank: Charged a fee for every transaction that for a company AG's size that keeps growing can translate well over hundreds of thousands of dollars in lost profit. That's a lot extra free flowing cash.

The way they have it now they are safe, and getting the most money for the products and services that they sell, while maintaing a very competitive (yea right nobody can compete with them) pricing structure.

I say let them keep doing what they are doing, and I vote NO on the AG credit card!!!

Only thing I'm really waiting on is for PBMA to hold an IPO.... that's some stock I'd buy in a heartbeat!
