I just wanted to post a quick thanks to Autogeek CS. I had ordered a lug nut cleaning tool that was on backorder. The tool arrived today along with a Carrand lug nut brush and a another wheel/lugnut detailing brush! You guys/gals are awesome! It's service like this that keeps me coming back! Kudos and more thanks! :dblthumb2:
 
I've always said that too...until my last order took me 3 emails, a phone call, and 19 days to get here with nothing back ordered and they still overcharged me. See if the email I sent today gets any results...

No way, and I thought I was the only one who had an issue with my last 2 orders which happened to be my 1st 2 orders

Dave I looked into your file, we responded to every email, Danielle has been personally handling your order, I do not see any over charge if you can further explain that to me I can fix it but I do not see anything. I even see where customer service expedited your order. Please let us know where we could have better served you. Customer service is our top priority.
