Autogeek Customer Service Is Second to None

Hello fellow Autogeekers,

Just wanted to share another awesome story about Autogeek's customer service.

Basically my Auto Finesse Mint Rims tin was severely dented upon arrival; to the point where I could not close the lid.

Second, the my Auto Finesse Tough Coat did not ship with a sprayer.

Emailed customer service 7:45pm PST and received two email responses around 9:00am PST. One was informing me they will ship me a new Mint Rims wheel wax and a trigger sprayer. The second was the order/shipping confirmation of those products.

This, combined with the newly awesome West Coast shipping option, is why I will only do business with Autogeek.net!
 
They are truly a fine bunch of people.

I prefer to shop with Autogeek as well.

You got that right!

Businesses from all industries should use Autogeek as a benchmark of what what excellent customer service really is.

I accidentally put "upgrade west coast shipping" in the wrong area and so it was sent out regular ground. I emailed meghan today about it and she went out of her way to send out another package to me so I could get my shipment faster. I just wanted to know if that promo was over and she went above and beyond to provide me the best customer service around. People like Meghan will make me continue to shop with Autogeek. Thank you again Meghan, you're the best!

I received a bad pot of Pinnacle Souveran Wax, sent Meghan a picture of it and they sent out replacement next day. Awesome.
