Autogeek Feedback

I can't offer much more praise than what has preceeded my post, but I had to chime in anyway... Love the store, the forum and most importantly, the people that make all of these possible. Customer service IS rapidly becoming a lost art form these days, and that is where Autogeek and all of it's employees shine! Keep up the great work!!!!

HI from Argentina! I really want to thank all AG staff, specially to Penny that as I always say to her, SHE IS AWESOME!!! She always is there when I need her! Including Mike Phillips to the team of AG was a very very good move, I spend hours reading his articles...and then I am so tempted so I order the products he explains....ja! I know you Max are always reading our suggestions because I see a lot of products/changes you incorporate are suggested by forum members...so what more can I say..just thank you and continue with the great work! My suggestion will be to add more smaller size products (I think 8 oz is a very nice sample size) at a good value (Menzerna in my opinion are not good value ones: 32oz Nano is $49.99 and 16oz is $34.99), I saw Optimum started the trend, Poorboys, Wolfgang follow them....I think if good brands offer us smaller sizes at a good price (Ex.: if 16 oz is $10..I think 8 oz should be $5-6) a lot of people will have the chance to test products and then if all is OK buy the bigger sizes...just my 2 cents...

PS: Very nice from you to take the time posting here!!! :dblthumb2:

Kind Regards,
Max

I have placed 4 orders with you guys since I found this place in December. The customer service is top notch.

To the AG staff... You guys do a great job and obivious have great leadership. But to me the understanding you've captured is this...

Inside your doors and outside your doors it is a people business, AG understands this. Weather a professional, new be, or a serious hobbiest, all are treated as having value and respected for their opinioin.

Max...great improvements with the shipping. I hate packing peanuts and try to look for a way to recycle them b/c I do not want them in a landfill. If one chooses USPS, would there be a rebate on shipping costs?
