Yes, call things happen in transit and they will take care of you.

The folks at Autogeek will be on this like flies on.....um....ice cream!

There should be a number to call on the enclosed paperwork and also PM Meghan or Nick. Autogeek's customer service is 2nd to none and will have this squared away in a heartbeat...

Rather than posting in forum why not just send them an email with pictures.

Sorry to hear that, that would suck! With my experience with them they will take care of it for sure:)

First to answer your question, I think it's really important for people to see stuff that really happens in real life... Good & Bad side while ordering online...
Packages could break... stuff could be destroyed.
I think this shows Real customer service...
Look how fast I got a reply from nick, I called Autogeek and They are sending me a new replacement Right away... No questions asked!!!!!

This shows how Awsome Autogeek really is, Prices that UNBEATABLE, and the best customer service your could ever find...

Thank you autogeek for your great customer service. :dblthumb2::dblthumb2:

I think a call to Customer Service before posting was in order. (My opinion)
I am happy for you that it got worked out.

Again, This isn't bad Feedback, I don't see why you guys don't understand...
I think this post here is very important, and I think that everyone should post their photos of their Unpacking...
If anything breaks.... Take photos, post that too! and share your customer service Feedback...

I think this way, anyone that wants to be a new autogeek customer could see how easy it is to replace their stuff if anything bad happens !

Autogeek with help with the good and the bad...

If you don't agree... I think this could even be called "Good advisement" ...

You could easily share your thoughts

^ I don't see anything you did was wrong, and it does show how good their customer service is too! Glad everything worked out for you:)

Thanks man! I really appreciate it :dblthumb2:

No company is perfect. It's how they deal with them that is important to me.

I like seeing these posts where Autogeek has taken care of their customers. Assures me that I will be taken care of if I ever have an issue.

The voice of the customer is obviously important to Autogeek or they wouldn't have created a section for customer comments.

It's awesome that Autogeek has created such a loyal following that customers stick up for them.

All of the above is why I buy from them and recommend them to others.

All I'm saying is post after you talk to them not before sounds like your bitching before you even talk to them.

I have to admit, my first reaction was "why is he posting this BEFORE calling them?". I understand the point you are trying to make however. You have to be carefull showing members here any fault in Autogeek's business. Our forum members here may take this like a bad "yo' momma's so fat" joke that went too far... On the bright side, it looks like Autogeek scores once again in their top-notch customer service.
Autogeek+1
UPS-0.

Why not post something like this first? Sometimes posting first gets better results than otherwise, you get feedback quickly and it never hurts. No need to get so pissed about it.

Your post is fine. I didn't take it that you were dissn AG but rather posting your unpacking pics. Hey Nick responded right away. AG does a great job. I say your post is fine.

First, congrats on the huge order! Those banners are going to look SCHWEET!! :D

Should I just call Autogeek ?

Ya' Think!

:iagree:with :whs:

AND..... :whs:

It seems that in the time it took you to post you could have, and actually already had a solution.

Not saying NOT to post that you had a booboo in shipping, but perhaps put the title up as in 'look what AG fixed for me' rather than "Should I just call Autogeek ?" (Like what was the forum supposed to do about it?) :dunno:

Make sure to post the photos of the banners once they are all up! :xyxthumbs:
