Why are the pricing for these 2 places different? Arent they the same company?
I wanted to buy the Pinnacle Souveron wax but the discount is non existant on AG.

Palm Beach Motoring owns AG. Pinnacle, Wolfgang, and DP. Not sure why they split sometimes, maybe it's to give that website some attention do no.

That's probably true. I wish I was balla enough to buy just Pinnacle :D

Pinnacle site is specific to one product line, and usually offers better shipping with larger purchases. AG offers all products and the place where most shop as can get all lines in one store. Pricing is usually similar on product, unless one site is offering a special for holiday specifically. As noted, always best to check each for best offer !

Did Autogeek buy Pinnacle alltogether?

Pinnacle waxes were initially a collaboration between Terri (CMA) and Max (PBMA) ... but everything other than the original waxes (Paste Glaz, Souveran) were added by Max. About two years ago Max bought the entire line outright and Terri moved on to promote Blackfire.

A few people on Autopia who had 'reliable sources' said that AG bought Pinnacle completely and that it won't be sold elsewhere bla bla bla... Just trying to see what the real deal was.

Yeah I read that too but everyone has a friend of a friend who's in the know . A lot of conspiracy theorist over there, I remember reading a thread where some one posted that they had a "friend" who worked for DP who said MaxWax is really Souveran .

I can assure you from speaking with owner and chemist, that their are some differences between SSII, Souveran Paste, Paste Glaz, and DP Max Wax. What I will also say, there do share some ingredients also, just in different degree's.

Where are all these products made? If Max owns them, are they all made in the same place or do Wolfgang, Pinnacle etc. all have their own offices, factories, etc.?

South Florida .... Stuart to be exact.

I wanna see pictures of where they make the waxes, if that's allowed :). I've never seen a wax making factory before.
