Anyone know how long it takes to get a refund???

I placed an order two months ago and never received it...so they tried sending it again and still nothing! I finally told them just to refund me because the cars that the products were ordered for went elsewhere.

Fast forward now two months and I still don't have my money back! I'm trying to be calm with everything going on but two months is a little excessive in my book.

Is two months plus normal to get a refund? If so, it will make me think twice about ordering! I know they aren't the shipping company so they can't control that, but they have my money and I have nothing.

Yes, they called to try and send me the order a third time. I told them I didn't want it and I was supposed to be getting a refund...per an email I had with a different customer rep.
