Well as most of you know we have been working seven days a week and mostly 20 hour days to keep up with the crazy sales from the holiday weekend. I don't ever like to keep you guys uninformed so I want to fill you in on where we are at.
Currently we are caught up to the Monday orders, if you placed an order up till Monday it will ship today minus a few that need extra attention. And we are all burning the midnight oil again tonight in hopes that we will be very close to all caught up within 24 hours. I really want to thank you all for your patience, I know I have talked with several of you and it's too cold to detail where you are at anyways but I do appreciate your understanding. This was a historical weekend in terms of the amount of orders we have received and are pulling, packing and shipping. So thank you again for understanding and you can have my word we are doing EVERYTHING humanly possible to get your orders to you!

If you need your order in a rush please call in and we will get it out to you!

Thank you all again! Now I have to go run, I have been helping pull your orders!! :kiss:

Oh one last note, due to weather we have been getting some updates that UPS is experiencing a day delay in some parts, if you see that when you track your package don't be alarmed, it's just Mother Nature assisting with the process! :laughing:

Obviously UPS is backed up too.....Mine was scheduled to be delivered today, but tracking info stated UPS rescheduled it for Thursday......wow

That wasnt the point I was wondering trying to make.....I could care less about it being delivered a day or 2 late.....my point was that even UPS is backed up too....now you understand ?

Yeah, I got your point. I was like "WOW" they are handling a lot of packages, not like wow that sux that my package was delayed a day it's the end of the world :D
 
Thanks Meghan for the shipping update and be sure to pass on my thanks to all your great people. I jumped on the Black Ice today based upon the results I've gotten from the freebie you sent me. What a great a wax and what a bargain! Thanks again.
 
Thank you for everything you guys are doing! I've experienced first hand these last couple days the legendary Autogeek customer service. I thought I was a customer for life. Now there is absolutely no question that when I need something, Autogeek is the only place for me to spend my money!!
 
A "historic sale" means AG is doing everything right. Don't change a thing! The fact that you all are working so hard reflects on your integrity and keeps me coming back. There's no rush on my order but I think it's already in transit. And I have to assume that since orders are shipping and not "back ordered" that your inventory planning was spot on.
 
And of course we had to break for our family dinner tonight and a special guest at the table.

Quick question I placed my order on nov26th and I live in Vancouver, Canada. How long does it take for a order to ship out here?

Yes we got you taken care of, and we are well into Tuesday's orders already so we are flying tonight, orders are stacking up and UPS is loving us!! Should be back on tracking in no time! Im the MAN

Good news for my two Canadians, international department is also burning midnight oil, so you should be getting shipping notice soon.
