Autogeek's ROKU Channel Wins Award of Distinction for 2016 by The International Academy of Visual Arts!
Bob just returned from his trip to SoCal where he was involved in a number of meetings including a meeting with John Carley, the President of TRINET Internet Solutions, the company that built the ROKU Channel platform where we host all of our how-to videos.
Bob shared the award today with the rest of our management staff at one of our weekly meetings and he explained what an honor this award is considering the competition and how new our ROKU Channel is on the market.
Below are some pictures showing the award and I've also typed up what's inside the congratulations card to make it easier to read.
Here's the text of the congratulations card...
The International Academy of Visual Arts announced the winners of the 22nd Annual Communicator Awards of Distinction, awarding the Autogeek website the Award of Distinction in the Online Video: How-to Instructional category for a website created by TRINET Internet Solution, Inc. The Communicator Awards is the leading international creative awards program honoring creative excellence for communication professionals.
Founded over two decades ago, The Communicator Awards is an annual competition honoring the best in advertising, corporate communications, public relations and identity work for print, video, interactive and audio. The 2016 Communicator Awards received over 6000 entries from ad agencies, interactive agencies, production firms, in-house creative professionals, graphic designers, design firms, and public relations firms.
The Communicator Awards is sanctioned and judged by the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts, an invitation-only body consisting of the top tier professionals from a "Who's Who" of acclaimed media, advertising, and marketing firms. Autogeek received top honors and was named the Online Video: Ho-to/Instructional category for Best Website.
I hope everyone will join with me in congratulating Bob McKee, Yancy Martinez our video cameraman and editor extraordinaire and all of the rest of the staff here at Autogeek for their hard work behind the scenes that enables Autogeek to excel in the creation and dissemination of educational how-to videos across multiple platforms and social media touch points.
