AutoSpector Detailing App!!!

Hi Yancy -

I am using an IPhone 6 and and IPad Pro with the latest IOS Updates and experiencing the notes crash too. I am struggling with creating a new inspecting when using an existing customer. I can not select an existing customer without editing a vehicle.

Thanks for creating a great app. These issues are minor and looking forward to using the app exclusively
 
Can you tell me what device you are using it on, iOS version, what type of note are you using when app crashes. Helps sort out the problem.

Hi Yancy. The note everyone is referring to is when you click "notes" during the inspection. It will crash it every time.

First off - great work on the AutoSpector App, thank you.

Forgive me for not being super clued up when it comes to computer things but I'm using an iPad 4 & 10.2.1
I haven't had much time to explore the App this week but will work with it some more over the weekend. So far I still have the issue with the "notes" icon down the bottom of the screen & occasionally when I was trying things out, I wanted to delete a vehicle from a contact, it would boot me out too. Someone else mentioned the "scroll" not doing anything - I too have nothing happen with this.

Hi Yancy. I'm on an iPad Air and am using IOS 10.2.1. My issue is a strange one. Everything else seems to be working except that when I view the job as a PDF (whether it is an estimate or a quote it doesn't matter) and try to print, email or save it; the app crashes.

It will also crash when I try to move the imperfections or damage spots to another location during the inspection.

Other than that, the only other issue I am having is that I cannot create new customers from the customer pane. I can only do so by starting an inspection.

Working on these issues and the Scroll feature allows the user to move the artwork (Car, Truck, SUV, Motorcycle) around. If you are using on a iPad and can see the entire car it will not move. but if you zoom in by using 2 fingers it will then scroll.
 
I've always wanted an app like this for the iPad. I'll download it when I get home.
 
Yancy- nice update. The app seems to be working. I did see that when I looked at the PDF exterior legend it has WS- Water Sports not water spots.

Late last week I did the update on the AutoSpector App, & after exploring it a little more over the weekend, I haven't come across any other gliches as yet but all previous ones have been sorted out - fantastic work team, thank you.

Although I am itching to use this right now, I am going to be patient & wait until we finish sorting everything out at the new location for the shop. This may bring about a more current & up to date device too, this iPad is getting on a bit & I have heard of people not being able to to the current updates on older devices. Just over two months to go . . . cannot wait. :buffing:
