Autotopia ordering over Memorial Day Weekend

Did anyone place an order with Autopia.com over the Memorial Holiday weekend? My order is just sitting in limbo with one item on backorder. I sent two emails to customer support with no answer. I called them this morning and the guy there couldn't get me over to customer service. Never got a return phone call. This is poor considering they are also part of Palm Beach Motoring Group.

Beware of them. May be filing a PayPal dispute tomorrow to get someone's attention as it seems to be my only remedy. Never again with autopia.

I spoke to Todd Helme yesterday. They got really busy with the promotional sale. Todd is a stand up guy for the few time that I had issues.

I've never had an issue with PBMG that couldn't get resolved in a manner that was fair and professional.

Give them a call again and let them know what's going on.

I think you may be confused as to which "Autopia" you ordered from.
 
Take it easy man. I have worked at Auto Obsessed and I know what its like trying to fill a back log of orders.

We closed for the Easter Weekend (4 days) and on the tuesday had a huge backlog. Took a long time to fill the orders and deal with the customers complaining its been 4-5days and they haven't had shipping info.

Whenever there is a sale and a weekend, or short staff, everybody is working their butts off to get orders out. Just take it easy. Autopia is not a scam or an illegitimate company. They're probably just swamped. They will get back to you

Todd was saying there was alot of orders and it takes them a little bit to fill them. No need for a dispute though thats just a bit extreme.

When was the day you called , might have been on that Holiday ! Closed , no big deal for me . Or they must be busy also .

Rest assured you'll be taken care of. If you left a message, someone will be returning your phone call by the end of the day.
 
Wonder why you posted here , there s an Autopia forum . Just sayin here .
 
I know buddy , he still didn t answered to anyone yet .He might be too busy I guess .
 
I have had orders at both Autopia and AG. I have never had any problems. All PBMG sites and people re great. I am sure if a problem did come up they would do anything possible to correct it. Nick at AG is great and understands that when he recommends a product Autopia maybe having a better promotion. Autopia understands the same thing with AG. They all want you to get the best deal. Autopia just had a great sale and Todd made it even better! Be patient. These guys will make it right.

I was working, so no, I couldn't reply to anyone. Yes, someone did get back to me. The order has been shipped. I guess someone read the thread? I was just a little peeved that no one could reply to an email telling me they were backed up? That was all I wanted to know. Wasn't looking for blood, just a little customer service. -Ed
