So I made a post about a broke souveran lid. Received it in mail pull it out of package. Dog is interested and jumps up Bamm!!! 2 broke souveran lids.

Offered to pay for the next replacement and no charge it's on it's way in the mail!!
 
My little story takes me from many differernt forums, topics, hobbies, from Vintage Drums, Guitars, Telescopes, Racing Bikes, and now I've found myself here, to be graced by all of you great people.

An old hobby, that came back to me, like visiting an old favorite place of comfort. And I'm glad it did.

You people here are truly fantastic, I thank you all to let me exist in your company, and presence.

I've just received my last recent order from the AG folks. This one was just a small order, taking advantage of the no minimum offer, with free shipping a week ago. All is again 100% perfect.

I would surmise, that on the very rare occasion that a mistake might be made, these fine people, and the company they work for have a set of standards that is uncompromising.

It is hard to find such rare exemplary service, and personal consideration these days. But it is here, and I've luckily found it.

Nick and Meghan helped me with my order yesterday.....completely forgot to add a wool buffing pad to my order (going to try my hand at wet polishing). So instead of sharing e-mails back and forth, my phone rings and it's Nick ready to assist me and get my order corrected before it got shipped out! I may not be a big spender (maybe $300-400 a year) but believe you me they treat me just as if I was spending $3000-4000 a month with them! Top notch for sure! RAISES ALL AROUND!
