1985 Corvette Detail - Pinnacle Signiture Series

After trying both Poorboy's Natty's Blue and Pinnacle Liquid Souveran I went back to my favorite wax for the dark silver metalic paint on my old vette. Out of anything I tried so far I think Pinnacle Signiture Series looks the best on this color.

I received a 128 oz bottle of Pinnacle Leather Conditioner today and I'm looking forward to giving it a try. I hope it lives up to everyone's comments about it.

looks ok i guess.......

Thats amazing for original paint on a vehicle with that kind of age. Well its amazing for any paint

Signature series II is a great wax!! I love that one too. Easy to use and it smells nice too. ;) Beautiful pics, Gary. :applause:

very very nice GARY !! I don't think anyone will disagree, that silver has maximum reflectiion!

That shine is absolutely incredible Gary. Beatiful.

These words come to mind...........smooth, slick, wet, reflective, and swweeeettt!!!

What Joe.p said! He's right it's phenomenal!
Gary you must be on vacation this week!

To think that is an old car, sure dosen't show it's age.

Looking good buddy, with all that wax on it I'll bet that if you put a MF towel on it it will simply just slide off...now imagine water...cool.

gary, that's so gorgeous you should be able to sell anyone sig series 2!
I am using it on my green metallic van, in progress.
your vette is AWESOME!

I want to thank everyone for there exceptional nice comments. I do love Pinnacle Signiture Series on this color. It's a very good product but I don't agree with Florida Native about it's smell. To me it has kind on a strange smell that I don't care for. At least it's not over powering. If it smelled more like Souveran Paste that would be great.

The cars does look very nice for it's age. The paint on the fiberglass looks like new. The paint on the front and back plastic bumpers is starting to get little cracks in the clear coat. It looks like they go all the way through the clear coat. It's noticable in the bright sun light. I'll probably have to get them repainted in the next couple of years.

Gary I agree completely and if you look at past posts I always bring it into play. The polymers add to metallic finishes, and still as wet and deep looking as Souveran paste. It certainly is a great choice ....
