Backing plate

Anyone have issue with the Meg's MF pads not sticking to a GG vented plate. It seems to be worst with the cutting pad. I'm considering getting the Meg's backing plates for for my GG polishers if it will fix this issue.

I never liked the Megs backing plates, the pads don't stick firmly enough for me and tend to flop a bit on curves. Both the LC and GG BOSS backing plates work fine for me though.
