bad experience with first order =(

OK, I've spent a bunch of money with AG over the last 2 years. In probably 12 orders, they forgot one thing and sent one possibly defective product. In both cases, I sent a quick email and before they responded, I got the shipping notice that the "make it right (and then some)" was on the way. Then I got an email saying that everything was taken care of. No fanfare, just top of the line service.

If you were treated any different, you would be the first that I heard of. If you can' tell, people on this forum are pretty fond of this company, the people who work there, and the stuff they sell.
 
replacement email being sent. maybe i should change title to usps/canadapost sucks

finially got my first shipment. my bogo did not come in and a bottle exploded in my packaging. pics to follow.

autogeek has kindly already sent a replacement order in.

Ohhh, that sucks, but it happens, Im sure AG will make it right for you. Interesting that the box was loaded with peanuts. Every order I have recieved is packed to the top with peanuts.
 
Thats the saddest thing I've seen all day :( sorry to hear UPS messed up your order. Next time ship FEDEX

it was usps. they are the best in terms of import duty because they have low brokerage fees.

Yeah, but, I bet it smells fantastic. Love that blueberry muffin better smell.

I bet you didnt plan on seeing this when you opened the box up.

i did expect it until i took the whole box out and saw the oil stain that leaked through the box

the box had no insulation on the bottom. it was just box + box. The top had the normal paper stuffing.
