Bad FK425 ?

I received my gallon of FK425 from AG today.Before I opened the jug,I noticed some white floating particulates.I vigorously shook the gallon and poured some in a 4oz travel bottle (clean-up of bird bomb's,tree sap,road tar) for the road.
Here is a picture of whats floating all around.These are NOT bubble's and are actually un-dissolvable.Almost look like wet TP.

Is this normal?
Maybe some kind of mold ????

Anyone know?

Call Penny. They will send a new jug and may not require a return. i think her ext. is 20. She is great to work with!
