Ball point on Ultra Suede

Felt like disowning my son yesterday. Picked him up from school, dropped him off at home and driving to my next destination, I noticed a 6 inch black line running down the back of the C with his backpack on and a ball point pen was protruding through it. FUMING, and cursing all the way, I drove to the nearest Geppetto (Pinocchio's dad) to see what he might recommend. Sold me an Afta smelling product which excised about 90%. In fact, if you brush it one way it can't be seen at all. the other way, a remnant is still just visible. Probably take another crack at it after work. Don't want to go too far and flatten the nap of the suede. And thank goodness that it's Ultra suede and not the real deal which probably would have been hopeless.

Guess I'll still keep him....

Try folex, resolve, or CG nonsense take spray the cleaner on microfiber cloth and try daping it up if it don't work try spraying the cleaner on a brush and lightly agitate and if its still there try a scrubbing pad also note you can use a steam cleaner if you think it will better once the stain is gone then vacuum the fiber up but don't let the vacuum touch the suede hold it up a little bit

Most pens use alcohol as a solvent so it should work.
