I've been meaning to post these up. Just been forgetting.

Now my Volvo I detailed oh I think back in January or February and I haven't done anything else to it besides just regular washing same goes for my Lexus.

Here is the Volvo's beading, the Volvo has Souveran Paste as the LSP:

The video (mmmm..having some techincal dificulties loading the video  I'll post shortly)

Enjoy

very nice shots there, carlos! great job. i can't believe your Souveran lasted that long?????

beading is probably the funnest part for any customer.....ive got person upon person comment on how my car does that....and every car ive done they have been like....im going down the road watching the water just roll right off...haha

Carlos, besides the regular washing, what else did you use to maintain between washes, i.e; QD?

I can honestly say that I'm obsessed with beading. I'd rather have a worse looking wax as long as it beads wickedly. Good thing is that I don't have to sacrifice, but MAN I love beading!!! I want it to rain sometimes on the way to work just so I can admire the raindrops just being rushed off my paint. It's a beautiful sight. I have a problem...

Trust me...you're not alone :D

Nica, so the Volvo hasn't had any spray wax, qd, or anything like that, just washing ever since January/February? That is insane! So Souveran does last :p

P1et, I actually like seeing the beading of Meg's 16 on my car. I love driving while there's beads flying off the hood when it's raining :D

Hah, this is a cool thread. Love beading as well. Thanks for some pictures of your Volvo, man. I'm not a fulltime nerd about Volvo but the 960 was the last car developed by the Swedish team so it has a number of smart and simple mechanical solutions and that I can admire.

All cars look the part. Cheers-Daniel

P21S and Zaino have the smallest, tightest beads I have ever seen. Megs new Quik Detailer does something very similar for first rain or wash, but loses its luster far to quick.

Aquawax and Collinite has some of the best beading I've ever seen.

Carlos, looks like there's still some wax there----barely:) Don't think Souveran is meant to last 6 months-----2 maybe, not 6. Vehicles are nice and glossy though:-)

Time to slap more on there;)

ltoman - Yup the vehicles are still protected but I forgot to mention that both the Volvo and the Lexus are not daily drivers, they just sit in the garage and the Volvo comes out on Saturday while the Lexus just comes out when I take the family out on long trips. But still not bad if you ask me.

Rafimos - Yup I agree, it's kinda distrcating to drive and admire the beading at the same time hahahaha.

Z06-goose - No QD, nothing just regular wash with two bucket method and that's it. But keep in mind that these vehicles just sit in the garage and hardly get used.

p1et - Yup, I know what you mean bro :righton:

supercharged - Thanks, glad you like.

dengood1 - Man those are some tight beads :D wicked :righton: Yea both my vehicles are due for a wax job, I'm just waiting for a few goodeis that to come in since it was ordered just for my vehicles ;). Hopefully they will arive soon, if not I'll just go a head and wax my vehicles again...this weekend should be a fun weekend :righton:

klomzypinoy - Nope, just wash with two bucket method and dried nothing else. But the Volvo and the Lexus just sit's in the garage so I'm sure that helps, not exposed to the elements well besides dust ;)

DanielSwe - I have to admit I wasen't big on the Volvo when I purchased it and the only reason I purchased it is becuase my wife really likes it but now that it's in my garage and when I take out for a drive it rides really good and it has so much room, it's impresive. What I like the most is the shape it has, kinda old school but I don't mind...those Swedish people do some good job ;)

sparkie - my home boy, glad you like it bro :D

May have to try that but my wife dosen't like me taking the Volvo to work, I do lots of driving around town checking some construction sites and some times the sites I visit don't have the roads built that's why I drive my old rust bucket Jeep, who is still going strong :righton: can't say the same for the body though hehehehehe.

You know I did the hood of Jeep (about the only thing I can polish and wax on the poor Jeep) and I put Liquid Souveran on it and it's still going strong and that's been since....mmmm...February or March...but it beads like crazy and whater/snow just lide right off.

Nice beadings :D Time for some new wax on the volvo, don`t you think? ;)

That's dope, Liquid Souveran sounds like it won't quit :D.

Welp nevermind about the Volvo becoming a daily driver, don't want her to see any construction sites :p

When our first house in Chula Vista was in construction, my car took a nail in the tire when we would go to look at it. Sucked really bad
