2 part question:
1. What's the point of beading if I just end up with water spots where the beads were (this is a few hours after a light/moderate rain, the wet spots are just drips from the roof):
The tight beads that my car had looked great/cool, until they dried...
2. Should CQuartz in particular not be doing this? I know it was discussed in another thread but I wasn't sure what the final answer was. Is it supposed to create spots like this but with the CQ it's easy to remove at my next wash (or perhaps with a QD or some opti-clean)?
Car was washed a week ago and hasn't seen any rain since (until the photo yesterday). Just some dust from our parking garage. Overall, before the rain, the car looked spectacular. Now the entire thing is covered in these spots. I was checking out every other car I saw today and none of them had anything like this (even cars that I know were our in the rain yesterday).
Thanks for any help.
