Been lurking, figured its time to introduce myself

thanks for all the info.

I just looked at the Build date on the car. and it was finished being manufactured 12-11 I picked the car up on 1-9-12!! that's amazing to me. now how long do you think it takes for a Brand New cars paint to be ready for a sealant?

Immediately. Factory paint is baked at high temperatures when it's a shell, i.e. none of the heat sensitive stuff has been installed. It's fully cured. The only thing waiting gains you is more contaminants bonded to the paint.

sounds good. now im waiting for it to get back from being tinted (windows and tail lights)
