Before: Monday morning after the storm.
After: Tuesday morning after 10 hours of digging.

I had to clear a 50' section of driveway with 2' of snow on it to get the wife's car out. There is over 100' of driveway between the Camaro and the road. So needless to say, I'll be driving the wifemobile for a while :awman:

I'm so jealous. Yes, that's a real snow storm! Not the 1" we got around here that made people act like it was the end of civilization around here. So far winter has completely missed our part of the state this year.

Not only has it been far warmer that normal, but also much drier too. No real measurable snow and very little rain compared to previous years.

Man I want that snow big time!!

We got all that in one night

My daughter has a teammate from western NY and her family drove home through that Sunday night after a tournament we all attended in Chicago this weekend. It was really rough going for them from Cleveland all the way to their house.

The Mrs. was at her Mom's in Cleveland and got out of there to head back home Sunday afternoon....good move...lol
They got pounded Sun. night...12-16"

Down here in Central, OH...2-3" at most.

Don't miss that nonsense!

We had that here in Iowa. Started Friday morning and ended Saturday morning. Ended up with about 12 inches. Yesterday was 49 degrees and made everything a sloppy mess, this morning a balmy 7 with a feels like -13. Only to get colder as the week goes on.

Buy a new $1300 snow blower. That will assure you of no snow storms. Lol

I bought my new blower in November of 2018 to replace my 27 year-old tired/underpowered one.

The years prior to 2018:

2015: Two major storms. 14" and 19".

2016: One major storm. 12+ inches and a two more snows of 8-9"

2017: Two major storms. One of 21 inches.

Since 2018: The most we have seen was one storm of about 6 inches. And by the time I got home from work, it had turned over to rain and was just 2-3' of slush.

So yeah, go drop the coin on a blower and end the snow storms today! ;)

Funny you mention that.

We typically get at least 2 good snow storms here each winter and a few others that drop a couple inches. Either way, I have to do some shoveling. Last year we got all of our snow in February. After shoveling at least once a week, I was dead set on buying a blower. Especially after digging out the mountain the plow dumped at the end of my drive way.

This year. Nothing. Nada. Zilch. It's so bad the hardware stores didn't even bother stocking them.

Really glad I didn't shell out the money for one.

Probably just cursed myself for spring.....
