begging for sympathy

just a little rant. living in oregon and it will hit 100 today and tomorrow. this stinks. i am 63 years old and in pain after a pathfinder today. cramping in feet , hands, shins and to top it off the damn hot spa crapped out. been mainlining a cramp liquid from the Amish. thanks for letting me get this out.

Well I'm on the Oregon coast and we are supposed to hit close to 90 tomorrow, we are used to 65 on hot days. The humidity will be a killer here tomorrow. So I feel your pain! Gatorade will help!rops:

I live in southeast Ga.. The heat index today was 110.. I was soaked on sweat by 8:30 this morning! It sucks!!

I probably live in the same place. Ya GA is unforgiving when it comes to heat. After a shower I am soaked the rest of the day. Best advice for OP is to drink one water and one gatorade and rotate between em. Good luck man.

thanks again guys. off to get gatorade right now. sleep did help. just need to be more aware while working. i went thru ga and fla once in the summer. probably why i chose oregon for the weather.
