Behind the scenes filming pictures for Competition Ready at Autogeek!

This last Monday the Producer, Ashely Yoder, the Director Adam Means travelled from California to Autogeek here in Stuart, Florida with all their gear to film some of the opens for the new TV show.

Below are some pictures Yancy took while we were filming.

Here's Bob working in his office taking phone calls.

Fun stuff!

I've been doing on camera work for going on 5 years so I know a little bit about what it's like and while you're not doing physical work you do become exhaused after a day of filming and it was great to have Bob, Nick and Brett experience this first hand.

:)

Thanks for the inside look, Mike.

Thanks for sharing some behind the scenes pictures Mike.

Lots of fun but lots of work too. Each day I would get here at 6:00am to turn the lights on and when needed the air conditioning.

Because there's a full team in the warehouse working we have RED lights on the outside of the Show Car Garage and in the warehouse to remind employees to do what they can to avoid loud noises. When you're filming any loud noise that happens completely stops filming and then you start over. A real common "loud noise" is when semi trucks pull in out front to drop off pallets of products and their engines and brake sounds are loud enough to stop filming until they are unloaded and leave. This also makes for a longer day.

The film crew will be back for Detail Fest to film the Top Builders Competition for the Detail Cup and a chance to be on our show Competition Ready.

See the cars that will be here by clicking the link below.

So if you're coming to Detail Fest you'll get to see the filming process in person.
