What product or procedure would you recommend? All I have done so far is wash my car with soap and water. Thanks for the advice.

Work with "least aggressive" first - a pre-wax cleaner or cleaner/wax.

Do you have any inventory or will you be purchasing it OTC or via AGO?

Not much of an inventory. Just some meguires synthetic wax, some carnauba wax, and a clay bar. Pretty basic stuff

I didn't know there was a pre wax cleaner. Anything you suggest? Preferably OTC.

I would try a paint cleaner or light polish.

Meguiar's Ultimate Compound & Polish Combo is an ideal system to have on your shelf. If you order it now you'll get it for $9.99....AND this includes a microfiber towel and applicator pad!

Mothers California Gold Pure Polish is also another great product that can be purchased locally and should go a long way at resolving your problem.

Duragloss Total Performance Polish is a cleaner and polish in one that improves and protects the paint surface for an incredibly durable finish.

Klasse All In One Polish is yet another probable solution which should remove the staining and leave the finish bright, shinny, and protected...

While any of these can be used by hand, because of the severity of the staining I suggest a buffer and an orange foam pad to start.
