I have found this sometimes. Then when I use my paint prep it seems to magically disappear...

I've mostly had that happen with older bottles of product.

I found shaking them as well as I could helped, but sometimes it was the environment, and / or the paint itself.

My method for getting past it was to just go over that deposit with more product, and pick it up. It sounds like you have a good remedy as it it though.
